F. M. Alexander (1869 - 1955) observed that the relationship between the head, neck and back is primary in controlling overall posture and movement.  How we hold ourselves, walk, sit, stand, work and exercise can be hampered by harmful habits of which we are unaware.  Even if we are aware, our posture leads us into stress related discomfort, we are often at a loss as to how to change.

The technique provides the guidance as to how to change ourselves so that movement becomes freer and we begin to regain our natural poise and balance.

Time:     10am - 12.30pm

Fee:       £65 which includes a private lesson of 30 minutes at a later date.
