What her patients say:
“Mariam helped me introduce some small practical changes to my diet that we negotiated together. I literally started feeling better in less than two weeks”.
“I struggled with endometriosis and polycystic ovaries for many years, I saw several specialists but none of them gave me results like Mariam’s advice produced. After working and adjusting my diet over several months I am now symptom free and happier than ever. I continue to refer to her notes as a reminders but the changes I once thought would be so hard are now just part of my life. Mariam’s help and advice has been invaluable. Thank you Mariam.”
“I never thought that changing my diet could improve my health like this. I’d almost given up hope when I went to see Mariam, but I’m so glad I did. I still can’t believe how much better I now feel.”
Mohammad Al-Kayani - Nutrition Coach
Hi - I am Mohammad Al-Kayani, a Nutrition Coach.
My passion in nutrition came about when i came to the realisation that so much of our daily life can be improved when we feed our bodies in the most ideal and balanced manners as possible, and that so many of the illness people suffer throughout their lives can be prevented with good wholesome nutrition.
With this realisation i went on to study Food Science and Technology at university and got myself certified as a nutrition coach through a Nutrition course accredited by the Association of Nutrition.
My philosophy is not to purely dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding, most importantly unique and personalised to the you.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
I am a strong believer in that that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on this principle, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalised, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!
I have spent time in southeast asia, the middle east, and in the UK, my experiences across the globe gave me a better appreciation for unique foods, different nutrition needs and an appreciation of eating tasty yet healthy food befitting different lifestyles, traditions and cultures.
Good Nutrition can help with:
Energy, Anaemia, Skin Health, Diabetes, Weight Management, Weight loss, Digestive health and so much more!!
